Income Auditor – Hotel Finance

About the role

The Income Auditor will join the finance team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, ensuring that all hotel revenue is accurately captured, recorded and posted in line with corporate policies and accounting standards. This role supports the smooth financial operation of a 273‑room, 5‑star property serving business and leisure guests.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and record all in‑house charges, verifying compliance with established policies.
• Ensure complete and accurate capture, recording and posting of all hotel revenues.
• Collect and validate revenue paperwork for accuracy and policy adherence.
• Review travel‑agent commissions and investigate any manual postings or edits.
• Identify and report suspicious or incorrect postings.
• Perform daily spot checks across different revenue areas.
• Verify payment methods, ensuring data is fully transferred and posted.
• Assist the accounting department with additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar income auditing or revenue accounting role within a 5‑star hotel.
• Ability to lead and coach a multicultural team.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills, high motivation and a focus on staff development.
