Income Auditor

About the role

The Income Auditor ensures the accuracy and integrity of all financial reports for the Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel in Dubai. Working closely with the Finance team, you will verify daily revenue, food & beverage, and audit logs to support sound financial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify Night Auditor logbooks, daily revenue and Food & Beverage reports against supporting vouchers and trial balances.
• Distribute daily reports after obtaining approval from the Director of Finance or Financial Controller.
• Analyse variance reports to confirm correct rates are applied.
• Check the city ledger and credit‑card transfers, forwarding relevant information to Accounts Receivable.
• Investigate cash overages/shortages and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor Front Office foreign‑exchange rates as required.
• Conduct weekly float counts for all house fund holders and compile a monthly summary.

Required profile

• Degree in Hotel Management or Accounting.
• Minimum one year of experience in a hotel environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy.
