Independent Recruitment Consultant (Commission-Only)

About the role

This is a commission-only partnership for an independent recruitment consultant based in the UAE. You earn on every placement you close, with no retainer, monthly salary or employee benefits. You bring your own candidates and, where possible, new client opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and your own network
• Screen, interview and shortlist candidates against client requirements
• Present qualified candidates and manage them through the interview process
• Negotiate offers and manage candidates through to joining
• Maintain candidate records and updates in the agency's ATS

Required profile

• 4+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house) in the UAE or GCC
• Proven track record of closing positions
• Strong sourcing and search skills
• A strong candidate network in Dubai and the GCC
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Valid UAE residency, with a freelance permit or trade licence (or the ability to obtain one)
• Your own laptop, phone and internet connection
