Indirect Procurement Manager – Global Indirect Spend

About the role

Arcera, a global life‑sciences company, is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead sourcing strategies and supplier relationships across its worldwide indirect spend categories. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders to optimise costs, drive process improvements and ensure compliance, contributing to operational excellence and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global indirect procurement projects, delivering cost optimisation and savings across multiple categories and regions.
• Execute end‑to‑end indirect procurement processes in line with company policies.
• Develop and maintain procurement metrics, dashboards and management reports for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams, providing procurement expertise to meet business requirements.
• Act as a trusted business partner, offering market insights and strategic sourcing guidance.
• Drive continuous improvement of procurement processes, systems and governance frameworks.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, fostering strategic partnerships.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract development and contract management in English.
• Support finance initiatives such as savings validation, budgeting and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing indirect procurement projects on a global scale.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to develop and interpret procurement metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English for negotiations and contract work.
