Indoor Sales Executive

About the role

The Indoor Sales Executive will represent STYRO Insulation Material Industries by building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. The role focuses on delivering responsive, high‑quality service from the first inquiry through to invoicing and after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist walk‑in customers throughout the sales cycle, from inquiry to invoicing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Review orders and drawings, quote prices, and create production orders.
• Conduct proactive sales activities, including tele‑sales calls.
• Process walk‑in orders and sample requests efficiently.
• Follow up on orders, ensure fast service, and report any delays to management.
• Analyze market trends, industry applications, and make recommendations.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, responding promptly to queries.
• Communicate production timelines and updates to internal teams.
• Apply cross‑sell strategies to grow business.
• Collect customer feedback through comment forms.
• Consult management on customer service improvements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple sales projects.
• Experience in both B2C and B2B environments.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills.
• Extensive background in customer service, retail or commercial settings.
