Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of influencer campaigns that boost brand awareness for Meals on Me, a UAE‑based healthy meal brand.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify suitable influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across various social media platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and content creators.
• Conduct outreach and negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning through execution and completion.
• Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Prepare campaign briefs and communicate expectations clearly to influencers.
• Monitor campaign performance, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Track influencer deliverables and ensure timely content publication.
• Maintain an organized database of influencers, campaign records, contracts, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, social media, and Creative teams to develop effective campaign strategies.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost‑effective partnerships.
• Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations for future influencer campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, brand partnerships, or social media marketing.
• Proven track record of successful collaborations with fashion, fitness, lifestyle, and restaurant/F&B brands.
• Established network of influencers, content creators, and talent agencies within fashion and food & beverage industries (highly preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑management skills.
