Influencer Marketing Officer

About the role

Join Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi as an Influencer Marketing Officer, supporting the airline’s global influencer programme. You will manage creator partnerships, coordinate travel logistics and deliver performance insights that drive brand, destination and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, brief, execute and close‑out influencer campaigns across priority markets.
• Research, identify and evaluate influencers that align with brand positioning and route priorities.
• Negotiate deliverables, content rights, timelines and partnership agreements.
• Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, transfers and itineraries for influencers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout campaign delivery.
• Monitor content compliance with brand guidelines and contractual requirements.
• Track campaign performance, prepare post‑campaign reports and analyse KPI results.

Required profile

• UAE National with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in influencer marketing, social media or creator partnership roles.
• Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns from concept to reporting.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Experience in aviation, tourism, hospitality or travel sectors is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
