Information Security Analyst – Emiratization (Entry Level)

About the role

The Entry‑Level Information Security Analyst will support Cyber Defense activities within Al‑Futtaim Technologies. The role focuses on SIEM administration, monitoring SOC events, and performing vulnerability assessments to protect the organization from cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain QRadar appliances, including updates, patches, and performance optimisation.
• Monitor security alerts from SIEM, IDS/IPS and endpoint tools, investigate incidents and develop containment, eradication and recovery plans.
• Conduct vulnerability scans, support remediation actions and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Collaborate with IT, network and application teams to implement security controls and refine detection use cases.
• Document configurations, processes, incident reports and contribute to SOC knowledge‑base updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑4 years of experience in an information security role, preferably within a SOC environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with ability to work under SLAs.
• Familiarity with common security tools and technologies.
