Information Technology Help Desk Technician

About the role

Imbono is looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to join its global IT team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for users, delivering timely and professional technical support for hardware, software, network and access issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support via phone, email, walk‑up or remote channels.
• Log, prioritize and resolve tickets using the IT ticketing system.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, meeting‑room equipment and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems, user profiles, updates and performance issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, endpoint management tools and basic identity‑and‑access functions.
• Escalate complex incidents while maintaining ownership until closure.
• Assist with basic cybersecurity tasks and ensure clear communication with users.

Required profile

• Based in Dubai and able to work onsite while providing remote assistance when needed.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize effectively.
