Information Technology Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Information Technology Operations Manager to lead the IT function at our Al Ain Rotana hotel. The role ensures seamless operation of all hardware, software and network services, delivering high‑quality support to guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all PC hardware servicing, installation and maintenance.
• Maintain software licences, inventory of IT supplies and comprehensive logs of hardware assets and service calls.
• Manage configuration records, programme files and data files across the hotel’s computer systems.
• Monitor software performance, generate performance and error reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and operate the Rotana Service Desk to provide consistent IT support and business continuity.
• Produce regular customer‑support reports and drive continuous service improvement.
• Oversee hotel network performance and overall IT system reliability.
• Coordinate with other departments, vendors and external partners to meet business and operational requirements.
• Implement policies for data integrity, security and asset availability in line with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar IT operations or service‑desk management role.
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to design network solutions and provide technical leadership.
