Information Technology Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Sales Executive to represent our technology-driven business at the Dubai World Trade Centre. You will build relationships with exhibitors, business visitors and partners, promoting our CRM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach exhibitors, companies and partners via in‑person meetings, email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
• Welcome business visitors, understand their needs and coordinate product demonstrations.
• Develop partnerships with trade associations, chambers of commerce and event organizers.
• Prepare personalized introductions, follow‑up emails and partnership proposals.
• Maintain accurate contact records and track opportunities in the CRM.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, hotel sales, guest relations, VIP services or similar client‑facing roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong business etiquette.
• Outgoing personality, confident in initiating conversations with senior executives.
• Strong organizational skills and consistent follow‑through.
• Willingness to learn and explain a technology product’s business value.
