Infrastructure and Cyber Security Manager

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is recruiting an experienced Infrastructure & Cyber Security Manager for a leading hospitality organisation in Abu Dhabi. This senior IT management role oversees the stability, availability, performance and security of the enterprise IT environment while supporting broader cybersecurity objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organisation's IT infrastructure function, ensuring reliability, scalability and optimal performance.
• Oversee enterprise networks, servers, storage, virtualization and cloud environments.
• Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Monitor capacity, performance and availability, and drive modernisation initiatives.
• Ensure backup, disaster recovery and business continuity arrangements are in place.
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, implementations and improvement projects.
• Investigate, resolve and document infrastructure incidents.
• Manage vendor relationships and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide IT governance, policy development and compliance with ISO standards.

Required profile

• Senior IT professional with extensive hands‑on infrastructure experience.
• Proven ability to lead a large technical team (30‑50 members) and work with senior stakeholders.
• Practical exposure to cybersecurity controls, risk management and IT governance.
• Experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous.
