Infrastructure Engineer – Dubai

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join its Dubai team. You will work on complex civil projects, ensuring that design, construction and quality standards are met while collaborating closely with planning and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the planning department to guarantee timely start and completion of all activities.
• Attend and contribute to coordination, progress, quality and safety meetings.
• Supervise a group of inspectors and surveyors, monitoring daily site work for progress and quality.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, reports and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate daily records, progress reports and photographic documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of field experience, including UAE experience with a reputable consultancy.
• Hands‑on supervision of road works, deep and shallow utilities (dry and wet), preferably in Dubai or Sharjah.
• Knowledge of health and safety, QA/QC and planning processes.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (ACAD) proficiency.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
