Inside Account Executive UAE

About the role

Join Cisco’s Global Virtual Sales organization as an Inside Account Executive (iAE) covering the UAE. You will create and drive opportunities in collaboration with Cisco partners across a multi‑segment territory, leveraging the full Cisco portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Meet quota targets and manage sales opportunities across a multi‑segment account list.
• Develop deep expertise in Cisco’s portfolio, lead the full sales cycle and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead territory planning, maintain pipeline excellence with accurate forecasting and best practices.
• Leverage industry insights and Cisco’s tech tools to optimize customer engagement and deliver the unified “One Cisco Story.”
• Operate in a flexible, hybrid role with occasional travel for critical customer and partner engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B selling experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and proven quota attainment (≥100% or YoY growth ≥10%).
• Ability to manage a multi‑segment territory with at least 50 active accounts.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with partners, customers and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience using digital selling tools such as Salesforce.
• Data‑driven decision‑making for pipeline analysis and accurate sales forecasting.
