Inside Sales Representative – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to generate qualified leads for our cybersecurity portfolio, including next‑generation firewalls, endpoint protection, backup solutions, servers and storage. The role involves outbound calling and emailing to build relationships and set up opportunities for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold‑calling campaigns to identify and qualify new business prospects.
• Create and maintain prospect databases using CRM and data‑mining tools.
• Assess client needs and match them with appropriate cybersecurity products and services.
• Schedule appointments, prepare commercial proposals and follow up on commitments.
• Stay updated on industry trends in security, networking, infrastructure and availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑4 years of proven lead‑generation experience in cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong motivation for cold calling and probing client requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English and knowledge of Malayalam and Hindi.
