Inside Sales Representative – JDE Sales Order Management

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative supports the sales organization by managing the end‑to‑end inside sales process for assigned accounts, focusing on Downhole tools. The role ensures accurate quoting, order processing, delivery coordination and invoicing while maintaining revenue visibility and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and maintain accurate sales quotations for Downhole tools in line with pricing guidelines.
• Maintain timely sales‑quote reporting to support pipeline management and forecasting.
• Process customer purchase orders, coordinate deliveries with logistics and operations, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Act as the primary contact for order‑related queries, monitor order status in JDE, and proactively identify and escalate risks.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of inside sales, sales support or customer service experience in an industrial or oil & gas environment.
• Strong customer service orientation, effective communication and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail, accuracy and compliance under pressure.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
