Inspection Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Inspection Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internationally recognised quality systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
• Assist in internal and external audits, handling deviations and corrective/preventive actions.
• Carry out inspections and evaluations based on approved procedures, work instructions and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to identify process gaps and support resolution activities.
• Verify that products meet safety, performance and reliability standards before release.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and operational staff to resolve issues.
• Support technical investigations, process validation, equipment qualification and introduction of new test systems.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and structured problem‑solving methods.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, Automation or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inspection, testing or quality control within medical devices, electronics, automotive or aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience with defined test procedures, inspection criteria and regulated quality systems (ISO 13485, FDA, EU MDR) is an advantage.
• Ability to read technical drawings, procedures and documentation in English.
• Willingness to work shifts and be medically fit for a production environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA and EU MDR standards.
• Proficiency with electrical measurement tools – test meters, oscilloscopes, high‑voltage testers.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with data‑analysis tools for test results.
• Understanding of equipment calibration, verification and reliability testing.
• Lean manufacturing and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
