Inspector - Architectural Building Construction

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Inspector specializing in architectural building construction to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will be responsible for verifying that all construction activities comply with approved drawings, local building codes and quality standards, ensuring the integrity of each project phase.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough on‑site inspections at various construction stages and document findings accurately.
• Verify compliance with architectural drawings, UAE building regulations and project specifications.
• Analyse materials, methods and workmanship to confirm they meet established quality criteria.
• Prepare comprehensive inspection reports, record violations and track corrective actions.
• Identify safety hazards or non‑compliance issues and communicate them to project managers and contractors.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and construction teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Photograph and document construction progress and any areas of concern.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols throughout inspection activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in building construction inspection or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and international building codes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce clear, factual reports.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with multidisciplinary teams.
