Inspector - Structural Site Supervision

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Structural Inspector to join our site supervision team in Abu Dhabi. In this position you will ensure that all structural work on construction sites complies with approved plans, building codes, safety standards and UAE regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of structural components, materials and construction methods.
• Monitor on‑site activities to verify adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Identify deficiencies or deviations, recommend corrective actions and follow up on resolutions.
• Prepare comprehensive inspection reports documenting findings, observations and recommendations.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors and engineering teams to address inspection findings.
• Verify the quality of materials and workmanship against project specifications.
• Maintain organized records of inspections, test results and compliance documentation.
• Perform site walkthroughs and progress assessments to track construction advancement and flag potential risks.

Required profile

• Experience in structural inspection or site supervision on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards and UAE construction regulations.
• Ability to analyse structural elements, detect non‑conformities and propose corrective measures.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for reporting findings to site personnel and management.
