A strong field‑operations leader who has managed a sizable installation workforce, understands high‑volume installation environments, is highly data‑driven and disciplined, and has a proven track record of improving productivity, quality and first‑time‑right performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop supervisors, ensuring they manage installers without micromanagement.
• Set ambitious targets, monitor KPIs and hold teams accountable for performance.
• Plan workforce capacity, crew productivity and scheduling in a fast‑changing, customer‑facing environment.
• Analyse operational data to identify root causes, reduce rework and eliminate recurring issues.
• Maintain high standards of quality and first‑time‑right execution while managing 50‑150+ field employees.

Required profile

• Strong people manager comfortable creating discipline and structure in operations.
• Decisive leader who challenges poor performance and drives continuous improvement.
• Calm under pressure, results‑oriented and highly accountable.
• Hands‑on yet not dependent on firefighting, with a persistent mindset.
• Customer‑focused, understanding the impact of installation on the overall experience.
