Insurance Litigation Solicitor (3-5 PQE) - Dubai

About the role

A highly regarded international law firm is strengthening its General Insurance Litigation team in Dubai. The role suits an experienced insurance lawyer who wants to work alongside leading partners on contentious and advisory matters across the UAE, the wider Middle East and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Advise insurers, reinsurers and corporate clients on insurance and reinsurance matters across multiple lines
• Handle insurance disputes, including litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution
• Work on coverage, casualty and liability matters, with exposure to complex, cross-border claims
• Draft legal opinions, pleadings, witness statements and settlement documentation
• Build client relationships and contribute to the growth of the practice

Required profile

• Common law-qualified lawyer with approximately 3-4 PQE
• Experience in insurance disputes and related matters across multiple lines
• Experience in casualty and liability, coverage and London market work is advantageous
• Arabic language skills are an advantage but not essential
