Insurance Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Product Manager to lead the strategy, development and lifecycle of our insurance offerings. The role is fully remote and reports to senior leadership, working across life, health, property & casualty and specialty lines.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies, roadmaps and portfolio plans aligned with market opportunities and business goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end product development from concept, market research and design through pricing, regulatory approval, launch and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, claims, risk, compliance, legal, sales, marketing, technology and customer experience teams to deliver competitive solutions.
• Conduct market research, customer segmentation, competitor analysis and regulatory reviews to identify new product opportunities.
• Translate insights and actuarial analysis into product specifications, coverage structures, pricing models and go‑to‑market plans.
• Manage product approval processes, including regulatory submissions, policy wording reviews and launch readiness.
• Monitor product performance using portfolio analytics, customer feedback and profitability metrics, and drive enhancements, repricing or retirement decisions.

Required profile

• Mid‑level to senior professional with several years of experience in insurance product management.
• Strong understanding of underwriting, actuarial modelling, pricing and regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
