About the role
As an Insurance Specialist in the BCA Insurance department of Mashreq Bank’s Retail Banking Group, you will be responsible for driving insurance sales to Business Banking clients. The position focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the bank’s overall financial objectives. You will act as a liaison between the Business Banking segment and the insurance product team, helping to align solutions with client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow insurance sales for Business Banking customers.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate closely with the I&I department, Investment Proposition Team and other internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the achievement of the bank’s financial goals.
