Integration Manager

About the role

The Integration Manager will lead end‑to‑end integration workstreams resulting from the merger of RBL into Emirates NBD, ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment and delivery of integration milestones while maintaining business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integration roadmap, conduct current‑state and target‑state assessments, and define the Target Operating Model.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage risks, dependencies and RAID logs, and prepare executive dashboards and status reports.
• Drive consolidation of operations, finance, HR, compliance and other support functions, standardising processes and service delivery models.
• Identify and realise operational, cost and revenue synergies, and support organisational restructuring and workforce alignment.
• Monitor business continuity, operational readiness and service stability throughout the integration lifecycle.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years in Banking or Financial Services and at least 1 year leading large transformation or integration programmes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Experience with merger and acquisition integration, consultancy background preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (CSM/SAFe) and Lean Six Sigma.
