Interface Manager – Communications & PR

About the role

The Interface Manager will lead internal and external communications for a leading hotel, shaping brand narratives and supporting commercial goals through compelling storytelling. Reporting to the Director and Associate Director of Communications & PR, the role bridges the hotel’s operational teams with marketing, sales and e‑commerce functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily internal and external communication activities, ensuring alignment with brand pillars of service, dining and design.
• Collaborate with external agencies to create and roll out annual communication plans.
• Review, edit and approve content for consistency with global narratives and brand guidelines.
• Produce original stories, campaigns and branded content to boost brand and colleague engagement.
• Manage communication projects, defining scope, deliverables and milestones.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, business partners and key opinion leaders in the UAE.
• Oversee logistics for media and influencer familiarisation trips.
• Supervise creation of communication collateral such as newsletters, presentations, reports and video assets.
• Handle departmental administration, including contract and budget management, invoicing and ROI analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in communications, public relations or brand storytelling, preferably within hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong editorial judgment and attention to brand consistency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
