Interface Manager – Offshore Subsea Project

About the role

The Interface Manager will lead the coordination of all internal and external interfaces for a high‑profile offshore subsea development, ensuring safe, timely and cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Project Interface Management Plan and Interface Register.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering interfaces across process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, telecom, civil and structural disciplines.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings with ADNOC Offshore, PMC, EPC contractors, vendors and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor interface‑related risks, incorporate them into project schedules and support risk mitigation plans.
• Support change management, procurement and construction phases to ensure seamless hand‑over to operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of oil & gas experience, including at least 8 years in interface or project engineering roles.
• Proven experience on large offshore brownfield or greenfield projects for ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, QatarEnergy or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical or related engineering; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC offshore specifications, EPC/EPCM execution methods and MOC processes.
