About the role
We’re hiring an Interior Architect to join RENO in Dubai. We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of experience who can lead projects from the first client conversation through concept development and final design delivery, with a strong eye for detail and a confident approach to client‑facing work.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects from brief to final design
- Develop concepts, layouts, material selections, and design direction
- Present ideas clearly and confidently to clients
- Translate feedback into thoughtful, practical design solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
- Carry the design intent through to execution
Required profile
- 3+ years of interior architecture or interior design experience
- Strong concept design and presentation skills
- Confident client communication
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Based in Dubai
