About the role
The fit-out team is looking for an interior designer who turns architectural intent into finished interiors. You will own FF&E selection, finishes schedules and contractor liaison from project kickoff through to snagging.
Key responsibilities
- Develop interior design from concept to issued-for-construction drawings
- Produce FF&E schedules and material boards
- Liaise with suppliers on samples, pricing and lead times
- Visit the site for inspections and resolve detailing queries on the floor
- Maintain the project decoration intent log
Required profile
- 4+ years of interior design experience on completed fit-out projects
- Strong eye for material, light and proportion
- UAE driving licence
Required skills
- Fluent AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Revit is a plus
