Interior Designer

About the role

The Interior Designer will develop creative interior concepts for a variety of projects including residential, hospitality, retail, commercial, cultural and mixed‑use developments. Working under senior design leaders, you will translate briefs, brand narratives and user requirements into coordinated, visually compelling interior environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior concepts, mood boards, material palettes, space plans and design narratives aligned with project briefs and brand positioning.
• Produce high‑quality sketches, plans, 3D models, renders and presentation packages using AutoCAD, 3ds Max and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Research and select finishes, fixtures, furniture, lighting and accessories considering aesthetics, durability, sustainability and cost.
• Coordinate interior proposals with architecture, structural, MEP, lighting, landscape and other specialist disciplines.
• Maintain organized models, drawings, schedules and material libraries in line with project standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience, with at least 3 years in concept design or design‑led projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual ability, space planning, materiality and high‑quality visualisation.
• Experience in sectors such as residential, hospitality, retail, workplace or cultural projects is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max and Vray.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite for presentation and rendering.
• Expertise in space planning, material selection, FF&E specification and interior detailing.
• Familiarity with AI tools for interior ideation, visualization and generative design.
