Interior Designer

About the role

Careers International is hiring a full-time Interior Designer in Dubai. The designer conceptualizes, designs and executes interior projects from concept to completion, coordinating with clients, project teams and vendors so that quality, timelines and budgets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand design requirements, budgets and timelines
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts and space planning
• Prepare 2D drawings (plans, elevations, sections) and coordinate 3D visuals
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and fixtures
• Prepare BOQs and assist in cost estimation
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers and site teams during execution
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is implemented accurately
• Resolve design issues during execution and assist in final handover and snag-list closure

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• 2-5 years of experience in interior contracting projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop and MS Office
• Knowledge of materials, finishes and execution methods
