Interior Designer & Product Manager

About the role

Arteco Ceramics is seeking an Interior Designer/Product Manager to lead the design department, enhance showroom displays, and support sales activities across its luxury porcelain tile and sanitary ware portfolio in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the structure and performance of the design department, ensuring timely delivery of client‑focused designs, documentation, and measurements.
• Recruit and manage draftsmen and interior designers to build an organized, efficient team.
• Coordinate with the sales team, provide direct customer sales support when needed, and create concept designs that showcase company materials.
• Design and refresh showroom displays regularly to attract customers and boost sales.
• Train draftsmen to improve the quality of renders and drawings provided to clients.

Required profile

• Fluency in Russian (mandatory) and strong English communication skills.
• Minimum three years of experience in the furniture, kitchen, or building‑materials industry.
• Proven ability to discuss design concepts with clients and translate requirements into actionable plans.

• AutoCAD
• 3Ds Max (or equivalent 3D rendering software)
• Professional rendering software
