Senior Interior Designer – Dubai (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a senior interior designer to lead high‑profile projects in Dubai and the wider GCC. The role involves creating innovative interior concepts, managing design delivery and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams on luxury hospitality, high‑end residential, commercial and institutional developments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept designs, schematic layouts and detailed interior packages from brief to construction documentation.
• Produce mood boards, material palettes, FF&E specifications and high‑quality renderings, walkthroughs and visual presentations.
• Coordinate design efforts with architects, engineers, BIM teams and project stakeholders to ensure compliance with UAE codes and standards.
• Present design solutions to senior management and clients, review and approve construction drawings.
• Utilise AI‑powered tools to accelerate concept development and streamline workflows.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design excellence.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of professional interior design experience, primarily in the Dubai/UAE market.
• Master’s degree in Interior Design or equivalent; professional registration/licensure preferred.
• Strong creative and technical abilities with a proven portfolio of luxury hospitality, high‑end residential or commercial projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and autonomous decision‑making skills.
