Internal Audit Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Audit Manager to lead and execute Tether’s global internal audit program. Working fully remotely, you will assess internal controls, governance and risk management across financial operations, business processes and technology systems in a fast‑moving digital‑asset environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report on operational and financial audits in accordance with risk‑based methodology.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, governance frameworks and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management and audit committee.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and mitigate identified risks.
• Maintain audit documentation and ensure adherence to professional standards.

Required profile

• Significant experience in internal, operational or financial audit, preferably from a leading consulting or audit firm.
• Hands‑on experience in the digital‑asset or fintech sector.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
