Internal Communications Specialist – UAE

About the role

The Internal Communications Specialist will support the organisation’s leadership by crafting clear, engaging internal messages that reinforce strategy and culture. This short‑term contract focuses on boosting employee understanding of priorities and enhancing existing communication channels across the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver internal campaigns, newsletters, talking points, Q&As, presentations and intranet content.
• Support senior leaders with communication for updates, strategic initiatives and change management.
• Maintain a communications calendar to ensure timely, consistent updates.
• Strengthen employee understanding of corporate priorities, values and culture.
• Assess and improve current internal communication channels and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities.
• Experience advising leaders and handling sensitive information.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the UAE work environment; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Self‑motivated and capable of delivering high‑quality content quickly.
