International Business Development Manager

About the role

This position is responsible for driving the company’s growth in overseas markets by establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with accounting, tax and consulting firms. The role represents the organisation at international forums, converts networking opportunities into long‑term engagements and expands the brand’s global footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target international markets.
• Build and manage relationships with foreign accounting, tax and consulting firms for referrals and collaborations.
• Design and execute strategies to increase the company’s global presence.
• Act as the primary point of contact for cross‑border alliances and manage ongoing engagements.
• Follow up and nurture leads generated through networking activities.
• Represent the organisation at conferences, summits and networking events, planning participation and maximising ROI.
• Deliver presentations and pitches that showcase services and capabilities.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and an additional European language (e.g., German).
• Prior experience in business partnerships or strategic relationship development, preferably within tax and accounting sectors.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
