International Business Development Manager

Join a fast‑growing professional haircare brand as an International Business Development Manager. You will drive the expansion into new markets, build distributor networks, and turn international ambition into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and energize a network of distributors across multiple markets.
• Support partners in executing local commercial strategies and monitor performance.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new international clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation through negotiation to signed contract.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply‑chain, and education teams to align cross‑functional efforts.
• Coordinate logistics, customs, and contractual aspects of export operations.
• Represent the brand at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of proven sales experience in national or export markets.
• Collaborative, KPI‑driven mindset with strong communication skills.
• Natural curiosity about international markets and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Alignment with company values: act friendly, be ambitious, take ownership.
• Desirable: experience in beauty or premium brands, and exposure to both in‑house and distribution side of partnerships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and collaboration.
