International Business Development Manager

About the role

A commercially driven International Business Development Manager is sought in Dubai, UAE, with strong experience in real estate, international sales and investor relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop international business opportunities and expand into new markets.
• Build relationships with HNWIs, investors, international clients and property brokers.
• Drive property sales through networking, referrals, exhibitions and strategic partnerships.
• Manage broker onboarding and channel partner relationships.
• Present property projects, investment opportunities, launches and payment plans.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining CRM records.
• Represent the organization at international exhibitions, roadshows and investor meetings.

Required profile

• 4-8 years of experience in International Sales, Business Development, Real Estate or Investment Advisory.
• Strong Dubai/UAE real estate experience preferred.
• Experience handling international clients, HNWIs, investors or broker networks.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
