International Field Service Representative (Remote, UAE)

About the role

We are looking for an International Field Service Representative to join Silvus Technologies’ global team. Based in the UAE and working 100 % remotely, you will deliver tailored technical solutions, demonstrations and support for our advanced MIMO radio and mesh‑networking products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support, including system planning, optimisation and customer training.
• Become an expert on Silvus radio and networking solutions and articulate their advantages over competing technologies.
• Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customer visits and equipment evaluations.
• Visit customer sites (remotely or on‑site as required) to deliver technical assistance and training.
• Troubleshoot failures and abnormal situations to ensure reliable operation of MIMO radio and mesh networks.

Required profile

• Based in the United Arab Emirates and able to work remotely.
• Strong technical background in radio communications, networking or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with international customers and internal teams.
• Ability to influence product development through customer feedback.
