International Services Coordinator (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

Abbott's Diagnostics division, which includes Toxicology, is looking for an International Service Coordinator in Dubai, UAE. The role supports the delivery of international customer programmes by coordinating day-to-day service activities, managing customer requirements and keeping operational processes running smoothly. It works closely with customers, suppliers, external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality customer experience and support continuous service improvement. The position is open to UAE nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the day-to-day delivery of international customer programmes.
• Act as a central point of contact for customers, partners, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure effective communication and follow-up of service-related activities and actions.
• Provide customer, operational and administrative support to resolve enquiries and service requests.
• Maintain programme documentation, certifications and customer records accurately.
• Build stakeholder relationships and coordinate activities across teams and locations.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and escalate where appropriate.
• Support process improvement initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Required profile

• Degree educated or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in service coordination, customer service, administration or operational support is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams and locations.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to accurate records.
• Able to work independently in an international environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Problem-solving and sound judgment on issue escalation.
