Inventory Coordinator

About the role

The Inventory Coordinator supports Miral Experiences’ portfolio of world‑class attractions by ensuring accurate inventory tracking, efficient procurement processes, and smooth administrative operations. This role acts as a bridge between the inventory team, finance, and procurement to keep supplies and records up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and payroll data in Kronos and manage confidential personnel records.
• Coordinate purchase requisitions with the Procurement department and track their fulfillment.
• Perform spot checks, cycle counts, and inter‑site requisition reconciliations using Eatec and Maximo.
• Create and manage retail and F&B item codes to streamline inventory documentation.
• Support finance by reconciling import documents for VAT claims and preparing audit‑ready paperwork.
• Schedule departmental meetings, manage office supplies, and provide director‑level administrative assistance such as report preparation and presentation creation.
• Maintain inventory trackers, review compliance reports, and prepare management reports for park operations.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Effective communicator able to liaise across multiple departments.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in inventory control, procurement coordination, or related administrative functions.
• Ability to work accurately with confidential data.
