Inventory & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Inventory & Logistics Coordinator will oversee stock levels, coordinate shipments, and ensure the smooth movement of goods for Hidayet Trading LLC in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update stock levels and proactively maintain re‑order levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight agents, and warehouse staff for timely delivery.
• Follow up on shipment dates, verify documents, and liaise with clearing agents.
• Monitor product expiry dates and alert senior management for action.
• Prepare delivery schedules with store keepers and drivers to ensure on‑time order fulfillment.
• Ensure smooth inward and outward movement of stock.
• Monitor supplies against the supplier manual and verify material quality standards.
• Liaise with sales and store teams to resolve product availability issues.
• Provide information on Middle East customs, especially JAFZA procedures.
• Implement activities with a strong customer focus.
• Assist in implementing the company’s quality initiatives.
• Maintain and update records of shipping activities and report progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inventory management and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with Middle East customs regulations, particularly JAFZA procedures.
• Ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, freight agents, and warehouse personnel.
• Attention to product expiry dates and adherence to quality standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
