Inventory Supervisor – Food & Beverage

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an Inventory Supervisor for its Food & Beverage operations. The role ensures accurate stock management, cost control and compliance with safety standards across assigned sites. You will lead daily inventory activities to support uninterrupted business and excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, process purchase orders and track stock movements.
• Receive, inspect, unpack, label and restock items; record receipts, transfers and wastage in the inventory system daily.
• Conduct regular physical counts, reconcile records and investigate variances, providing corrective actions.
• Validate transactions and ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and food safety, health and safety policies.
• Analyse discrepancies, collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Set up and modify inventory item records, monitor historical trends and maintain appropriate PAR levels.
• Perform spot checks, expiry‑date reviews and audits to minimise losses and wastage.
• Prepare and distribute inventory reports covering receipts, transfers, wastage, variances and concession sales.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) experience in inventory management, preferably in food & beverage or hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to maintain stock accuracy, conduct audits and drive cost‑control initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and recommend improvements.
• Familiarity with food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
