Inventory & Supply Specialist

About the role

AT-PAC, the scaffolding competence centre of the Umdasch Group, is seeking a proactive Inventory & Supply Specialist to strengthen its Middle East supply chain team. The role focuses on strategic and operational stock management to ensure seamless global supply for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate material flows from suppliers to the Middle East region.
• Implement logistics standard processes for scaffolding in the region.
• Replenish and manage inventory for the future Scaffolding HUB.
• Work with Scaffolding Product Management to optimise material utilisation.
• Support demand‑planning processes for scaffolding material.
• Facilitate overstock material exchange with other areas.
• Analyse supply‑chain processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Define and implement system requirements in Doka’s Rapid Response planning tool.
• Manage interfaces with corporate offices, area teams and country stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for transparent reporting.

Required profile

• Completed high‑school education with a focus on supply‑chain management or logistics (higher education welcomed).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply‑chain, logistics or operations within the Middle East.
• Excellent communication skills and intercultural awareness.
• Proactive, eager to learn, hands‑on attitude and strong service orientation.
• Fluent English.
• IT affinity with experience in process and data modelling.
• Willingness to travel (10‑20%).
