About the role
The firm is seeking a lawyer to join its growing UAE office within the investment funds practice, advising on fund establishment, structuring and related regulatory and transactional matters.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on the creation and structuring of investment funds in the DIFC and ADGM, including regulatory compliance.
- Negotiate fund documentation and side letters with institutional investors, such as sovereign wealth funds.
Required profile
- 2–6 years post‑qualification experience in an established investment funds practice.
- Solid UAE funds experience, preferably with fund set‑up in both the DIFC and ADGM.
- Transactional experience, including side‑letter negotiations with institutional investors.
- Experience with UAE, UK, Luxembourg or Irish funds regulatory frameworks.
Required skills
- Funds formation and structuring.
- Regulatory compliance for on‑shore and offshore fund structures.
