Investment Relationship Manager - Gold Trading

About the role

Esly Gold Trading FZCO is looking for a full-time Investment Relationship Manager in Dubai to grow and nurture its network of investors, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients in the gold and bullion space. The role combines deep market knowledge with strong relationship-building skills to deliver investment experiences and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors.
• Spot new investment opportunities and win new clients through networking, referrals and direct outreach.
• Present gold investment and bullion trading solutions and explain market trends, pricing and key considerations.
• Understand each client's goals, risk appetite and financial needs, and keep them informed with regular market updates and performance reports.
• Guide clients from first contact and onboarding through to ongoing account management.
• Work with trading, operations, compliance and finance teams for smooth transaction execution.
• Maintain accurate records of client details, communications and transactions, and meet targets for client acquisition, revenue and investment volumes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 2-5 years' experience in gold trading, bullion, wealth management, brokerage, investments or financial services.
• Solid knowledge of gold markets, bullion trading and investment products.
• Proven track record in investor relations, sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of global gold pricing and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; a results-oriented, commercially minded approach.
• Advantageous: an existing network of HNWIs, investors or corporate clients, and prior UAE market experience.
