Irrigation Engineer / Pipe Fitter

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Irrigation Engineer / Pipe Fitter to join our agricultural farm team. The successful candidate will install, maintain, and repair a variety of irrigation systems, ensuring optimal water distribution for crops.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain drip, sprinkler, and pipeline irrigation systems.
• Diagnose and fix leaks, blockages, and system faults.
• Monitor irrigation schedules and adjust settings based on crop requirements.
• Collaborate with farm management to improve irrigation efficiency.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an irrigation plumber or technician, preferably in both industrial and agricultural settings.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of irrigation systems, pipelines, valves, and pumps.
• Ability to read and interpret irrigation layouts or plans.
• Strong plumbing and pipe‑fitting skills.
