About the role

Join the vibrant Fika Italian‑inspired restaurant at Jumeirah Beach Hotel as a Waiter/Waitress. You will deliver a warm, professional dining experience to guests in a luxury beachfront setting, ensuring every meal is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly.
• Describe menu items and beverage pairings confidently, highlighting ingredients and preparation methods.
• Coordinate with the Culinary Team for seamless food pickup, timely service, and consistent quality.
• Set tables, serve food and drinks with precision, and maintain immaculate presentation throughout service.
• Use the point‑of‑sale system to process orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Maintain an unobtrusive presence, contributing to an engaging atmosphere and memorable dining moments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
