IT Analyst – Hotel Technology Support

About the role

The IT Analyst will deliver daily IT support for Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort, ensuring hotel technology runs smoothly and guests receive seamless service. You will prioritize technical requests, maintain hardware and software, and uphold security standards across all hotel systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for hardware, software, network connectivity and hotel IT systems.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, telephones, network equipment and other devices.
• Support core hotel systems such as PMS, POS, PABX, Wi‑Fi, access control and related operational technology.
• Manage user accounts, system access, software installations, updates and security patches.
• Monitor IT systems, assist with backups, cybersecurity, business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs and technical support.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT support experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
