IT Business Analyst – Automotive After‑Sales

About the role

The IT Business Analyst (Automotive After‑Sales) bridges automotive operations and technology delivery for Ghassan Aboud Holding. The role ensures that service, workshop and spare‑parts processes are clearly defined, audit‑ready and aligned with industry best practice while supporting the ERPNext/DMS implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end definition, documentation and validation of business requirements for ERPNext/DMS and future digital initiatives.
• Map and optimise dealership processes, focusing on after‑sales service, workshop and spare‑parts, and conduct gap analyses.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for automotive dealership operations, ensuring system designs reflect real‑world practices.
• Ensure business processes and system requirements are fully documented and audit‑ready, supporting internal audit reviews.
• Serve as primary interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating needs into functional specifications and facilitating workshops.
• Collaborate with ERPNext/DMS implementation partners, maintaining functional design documents and process maps.

Required profile

• Proven experience linking automotive after‑sales operations with IT solutions.
• Strong ability to define, document and validate business requirements.
• Experience with ERP or DMS implementations, preferably ERPNext.
• Excellent stakeholder management and audit‑readiness mindset.
