IT Business Partner

About the role

The IT Business Partner will manage the day‑to‑day relationship between IT and the automotive entities of Al Rostamani Group, shaping technology roadmaps and ensuring maximum adoption of IT systems to boost business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and embed an IT Business Relationship framework across automotive entities.
• Align new or changed products and services with business outcomes and mediate conflicting stakeholder requirements.
• Track technology trends, innovations and vendor solutions, ensuring technical and commercial viability.
• Maintain the master IT project portfolio, conduct analysis, prioritisation and risk management.
• Oversee IT service health, SLA compliance, change request flow and enforce central IT policies.
• Manage a multi‑disciplinary IT team (on‑site and offshore) and act as product manager for core automotive solutions.
• Serve as escalation point for major IT issues and drive user adoption and change management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT field.
• 8‑12 years of IT and business experience, with 4‑6 years in a similar role within the UAE automotive sector.
• Strong business acumen and process knowledge of vehicle sales, spare parts, services, CRM and finance.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Required skills

• SQL Report Builder and database management.
• Architecture documentation and solution design.
• Knowledge of automotive solutions such as Autoline, Autoline Drive, SAP DBM, TitanDMS (preferred).
• Understanding of UAE automotive regulations.
